- Tim Underwood Review added: 2018.09.10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely terrible service. Brought my laptop in for repair and was told a screen replacement would take a couple of weeks to be ordered. More than a month later and I was not called to say the screen was in or that the job would not be done. After several calls and visits in to the shop I have been passed around between the two members of staff who don't seem to have a clue what's going on and don't seem to care about customers. I am now going back to university with a broken laptop screen because this inept business wasted my time when I could have been finding someone competent to take my custom.
